Use of Service
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information.
- You’re responsible for your account activity and keeping login credentials secure.
- You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
Payments & Billing
- Subscription and per-event fees are billed via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) under the plan you select.
- Charges are non-refundable unless required by law; failed payments may suspend access.
- Taxes and fees may apply based on your location.
Content & Data
- You retain rights to content you submit (event details, names, standings) and grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
- You’ll only submit content you have the right to share and that complies with law.
- We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytics and product improvement.
Leaderboards & Results
By completing events or submitting results, you consent to displaying standings, rankings, and related stats for participating players as part of the service.
Service Changes
We may update or change features, pricing, or availability. If materially adverse, we’ll provide notice via the app or email.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new date above and notify you of material changes via the app or email.
