Set up takes about a minute at the front desk: enter the names of who showed up, pick the player count, and the schedule generates. Players do not download anything or make an account.
From there the session runs itself. Every round has assigned courts and partners, scores get entered on one device, and standings update as games finish. At the end there is a result to post, which is the thing that makes next week's session easier to fill than this one.
It handles 8 to 21 players on up to five courts. For clubs running multiple blocks a night, each one is its own session with its own standings.
